Velo Cadence Athlete testimonials

Athlete testimonial

Two years ago, my daughter and I came into the Trek Store where Matt was sales manager at the time.  We were looking for a bike for her, as she was  going off to college.  Our biggest concern was the theft issue of not only the bike but also the parts disappearing overnight.  Matt was very helpful in solving these problems, by customizing the bike to be completely
anti-theft.  My daughter has had the bike at campus for two years now, and has not lost one part.  Her other friends are constantly buying replacement seats and rims and in worse case, the whole bike.

Recently, I started riding with a group called The Flatlanders, and was able to spend more time with Matt, who is a member.  I discovered that Matt is a personal bike trainer, and I was very interested in what he might have to teach me, because I was in training to do a full Ironman this year.

Three months before my Ironman, I started training with Matt.  It was amazing to me, the things that I thought I knew but didn't, and how much the little things that Matt pointed out made a significant difference to my performance.  Matt was excellent at pointing out my weaknesses and methods for improvement.  My progress during this period was incredible.
I went from a 20-21 mph average individual rider to a 23-24 mph rider.

I would highly recommend Matt as a personal bike trainer.  His experience and knowledge with bikes and performance made all the difference to me.

Sincerely,
